Where are your products manufactured?
We don’t produce clothing — we curate it. Everything you see at Panache.ge is original vintage and archive pieces, sourced across Europe and the United States.
Our partners are large wholesale companies that purchase vintage and second-hand clothing through certified recycling programs and official retail channels.
We work exclusively with trusted suppliers we’ve been collaborating with for many years. We confirm that we take full responsibility for the authenticity of every item offered in our store.
Each shipment is verified through invoices, customs and transport documentation, and undergoes an additional quality check once it arrives in Tbilisi.
Every item is inspected for authenticity by multiple details — from hardware, labels, and stitching to fabric composition and brand-specific sizing standards.
Our policy strictly prohibits the sale of counterfeit or replica products.
Before you buy
Please take your time to look through all photos and descriptions. We do our best to photograph every detail and mention all visible flaws — fading, small stains, worn areas, or other age marks.
Still, some minor time-related nuances might not be visible on camera.
We always recommend professional dry cleaning for all vintage pieces — it helps refresh the fabric, remove old odors, or lift vintage marks that appear with age.
Condition
We sell vintage, archive and pre-owned pieces — every item has its own story, age, and character. Some of them are 15–20 years old or even older.
We carefully curate, clean, and inspect everything before listing it online. But please keep in mind: vintage is not new. Each item may show light signs of wear, natural aging, or small imperfections — that’s exactly what makes it unique.
All items are sold as is. Visible and described signs of wear are not considered defects — they’re part of the piece’s history and charm.
Quality, sizing, and condition may vary slightly — that’s the nature of true vintage.
Returns
If you placed an online order and something feels off — please contact us. We review every request carefully and individually.
According to Georgian consumer law, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Since every piece is one-of-a-kind, please describe the reason for your return and include photos so we can understand the situation and find the fairest solution together.
To start a return
Email returns@panache.ge with your order number, item photos, and a short note. We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with the next steps.
Important
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Return shipping costs are usually covered by the buyer, unless the item was clearly misdescribed or damaged in transit.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
For in-store purchases in Tbilisi, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of a confirmed defect — in that case, we act in accordance with Georgian consumer protection law.
Sale and “Final Sale” items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes — some items are marked as Final Sale or Sale. These pieces are sold at a special price and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We always note this clearly in the product description, so please check the details before completing your purchase.
Every vintage piece is unique, and discounted items are often one-of-a-kind — that’s why we can’t offer returns on them.
When will I get my order?
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible — usually within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Once your order has been handed over for delivery, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package.
Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. Domestic orders within Georgia usually take 2–5 days, while international delivery may take longer depending on the destination and postal service.
If your order seems delayed — just reach out to us, and we’ll check the status and help sort it out.
